Program Requirements & Important Notices
Membership is per residence.
Each membership applies to one residential address only and cannot be shared across multiple properties. A separate membership is required for each residence receiving propane deliveries.
Membership Status
You must be a member in good standing with the Tammy Ruth Clark Fuel Group. Membership fees must be submitted with your completed registration form. Once registration is processed with AmeriGas, no refunds are available.
Account Balances
All outstanding balances with your propane company must be paid in full before discounted pricing takes effect.
Delivery Schedule
By registering, you agree to automatic delivery service with AmeriGas. In limited cases, local managers may approve Will‑Call deliveries.
Early Termination
If a member terminates this agreement early, AmeriGas will apply a $150 termination fee.
Program Validity
Discounted pricing is valid for deliveries made through June 30, 2027. Registration deadline is November 30, 2025.
Pricing Transition
Once all combined member gallons have been delivered, fixed pricing will revert to floating pricing.
Additional Restrictions
Other terms and conditions may apply under the RCFG/AmeriGas contract.

How to Register
Please submit
one form per residence with a
$55
membership fee for each residence.
Important:
Membership cannot be used for multiple residential addresses. If you have more than one property, each must be registered separately with its own membership fee by filling up the registration form.
